Attendance:

    Students selected for an All-Region Orchestra will be required to attend ALL rehearsals and the concert.  Membership will be forfeited if a selected student fails to attend his/her rehearsals.  Students may be disqualified by leaving audition sites and rehearsals early.

    Participation in TMEA Region organizations is one of the finest educational experiences open to students, therefore, it is necessary that every student selected participate in all TMEA Region activities:  rehearsals and concerts: to the best of their abilities.  Conflicts with other organizations, personal discomforts, personal schedule conflicts, etc., will not constitute reasonable excuses for missing any activities in this Region.  Exceptions: personal illness, hospitalizations, and doctor's notes will be dealt with at the discretion of the Region Orchestra Chairman.
